Hello, I am Rose Carmel, a 7-year Master Herbalist, Owner of Carmel's the Adult Candy Store and the creator of Lollipops with a kick!

My mission at CCS has always been- to educate globally on the benefits of Hemp in the industry.
We provide top quality Hemp Derived 0.3% THC infused edibles in each of my stores. Our infused edibles are touted as a way to help ease and as a way of having fun; but as a way to manage some health issues, as there is some research that agree. Do your google research, as I am not a doctor. We encourage our customers to enjoy the most potent edibles on the market.

Hemp Derived Delta, HHC, THO Legalities

Most of our products are Hemp Derived 0.3% THC is legal according to federal law and many state laws. Our Delta Hemp Derived 0.3% THC extract is 100% derived from legal hemp and does not contain more than 0.3% ∆9THC or any CBD. However, we do not guarantee that this product is legal in your state or territory and it is up to you to determine that. Carmel's retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with the 2018 Farm Bill. Carmel's is not responsible for knowing whether this product is legal in your state or territory and you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase.

We do not have sufficient data to say anything definitively, but delta 8 THC metabolites may trigger many drug tests looking for delta 9 THC metabolites. As a precaution, you should not take this product if you need to pass a drug test.
