Orders are not shipped or delivered on
holidays.

Due to high volumes, deliveries may be a bit longer than normal. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s).

If you have chosen the pick up in store option:
You will receive a confirmation once your order is received and once your order is available for pickup

Pickup hours are ONLY doing store hours.

You have 5 days from the day your order is available to pickup or order will be cancelled.

Once pickup is cancelled, money will NOT be returned and cannot be used towards other purchases.

ID is required for pickup.
